ÚEM spolupracuje s Deloitte CZ na kurzu Lean Startup
Kurz Lean Startup učí studenty VŠCHT Praha podnikatelským dovednostem a postojům. Absolventi kurzu mohou tyto dovednosti využít ve svých vlastních podnicích (startups), ve vnitropodnikových (intrapreneur) a inovačních rolích.
Pro běh předmětu na podzim 2021 jsme navázali spolupráci s přední mezinárodní poradenskou společností Deloitte CZ.
V současné chvíli studenti pracují na výzvách a úkolech poskytnutých společností Deloitte. Reálná zadání se zaměřují na aktuální témata pro dnešní průmysl, konkrétně na udržitelnost a využití umělé inteligence.
Studenti mohou využívat pravidelné konzultace s experty společnosti Deloitte a budou dále podporováni několika kouči z oblasti IT, startupů, agilního projektového managementu.
Studenti budou v průběhu ledna prezentovat svá řešení před mezinárodní porotou, v níž zasednou i zástupci společnosti Deloitte. Pokud budou vybráni, budou moci pokračovat v inkubačním programu společnosti Deloitte.
Deloitte Česká republika poskytuje služby v oblasti auditu, daňového a právního poradenství, finančního poradenství, konzultací a řízení rizik širokému spektru velkých společností, veřejných institucí, rychle se rozvíjejících firem a také začínajících podniků. V jedné budově společnosti Deloitte působí řada specialistů pokrývajících širokou škálu odvětví a služeb. Protože jsou jednotlivé funkce vzájemně propojeny, jsme schopni poskytovat klientům komplexní poradenství a služby. Díky své 170leté historii ve 150 zemích světa spojuje společnost Deloitte své rozsáhlé mezinárodní zkušenosti s místním kontextem. V České republice působíme od roku 1990. Společnost Deloitte začala v České republice působit v roce 1990 s jednou kanceláří a 5 zaměstnanci. O pět let později už zde bylo 9 partnerů, kteří řídili 250 zaměstnanců. Dnes zde pracuje více než 1000 zaměstnanců v 5 kancelářích řízených 33 partnery v Praze, Plzni, Brně, Ostravě a Hradci Králové.
Dalším partnerem kursu je Impulse Ventures, investor rizikového kapitálu zaměřený na technologické startupy ve střední Evropě.

The UCT School of Business partnering with Deloitte CZ for a Lean Startup course
The Lean Startup course is teaching students of UCT Prague entrepreneurial skills and attitudes. Course graduates can use the skills in their own ventures, in intrapreneurial and innovation roles.
For the fall 2021 edition of the course we have partnered with Deloitte CZ, a leading international consultancy.
Over the next weeks students will work on the tasks and challenges provided by Deloitte. The challenges are real focusing on current topics for industries today, namely sustainability and use of AI.
Students will use regular calls with Deloitte consultants and be supported by multiple industry coaches.
Students will present their solutions in January to international jury including also representatives from Deloitte. If selected, they will be able to continue in an incubator program by Deloitte.
