Jak se dostat k product-market fit na VŠCHT Praha?
Nejnovějším přednášejícím v kurzu Lean Startup na VŠCHT Praha byl renomovaný autor a investor Michael de la Maza.
Ve své přednášce ukázal, jak mohou startupy (i větší společnosti) iterativně dospět k tomu, aby produkt vyhovoval trhu. Účelem product-market fit (tedy shody produktu s trhem) je uvést na trh produkt, za který jsou zákazníci ochotni zaplatit.
Během této velmi interaktivní hodiny si studenti procvičili použití modelu vyvinutého tvůrci aplikace Superhuman. Tento systematický přístup si získal pozornost u startupů, nicméně může být použit i u vyspělejších společností k optimalizaci jejich produktového portfolia.
Michael de la Maza je autor, významný podnikatel, andělský investor, agilní trenér a Scrum Alliance Certified Enterprise Coach (CEC). Urychluje podnikové inovace aplikací metod z oblasti agilního a rizikového kapitálu. Michael de la Maza spoluzakládal společnost Inquira (koupenou společností Oracle) a pracoval jako viceprezident pro podnikovou strategii ve společnosti Softricity (koupené společností Microsoft). Je spoluautorem knihy Why Agile Works: The Values Behind the Results; spolueditorem knižní řady Best Agile Articles; autorem knihy Rapid Chess Improvement; a spoluautorem knih Enterprise Agile Coaching: Sustaining Organizational Change Through Invitational Agile Coaching a Agile Coaching: Wisdom from Practitioners. Michael je aktivním andělským investorem se seed investicemi do jedněch z nejúspěšnějších startupů Boom, Rappi a Relativity Space. Je držitelem doktorátu v oboru umělé inteligence z MIT. Michael žije v San Francisku.

Getting to product-market fit in the UCT Prague Lean Startup course with Michael de la Maza!
Newest speaker in the UCT Lean Startup course was renowned author and investor Michael de la Maza.
In his session he showed how startups (and larger companies) can iteratively get to product-market fit. The purpose of product-market fit is to bring on the market a product that customers are willing to pay for.
In this very interactive session students practiced using the model from Superhuman app, one of the most exciting models in the last years. The systematic approach has gained attention from startups, yet can be used for more mature companies as well to optimize their product portfolio.
Michael de la Maza is author, business leader, angel investor, agile trainer and Scrum Alliance Certified Enterprise Coach (CEC). He accelerates corporate innovation by applying methods from agile to venture capital. Michael de la Maza co-founded Inquira (acquired by Oracle) and worked as VP of Corporate Strategy at Softricity (acquired by Microsoft). He is the co-author of Why Agile Works: The Values Behind the Results; co-editor of the Best Agile Articles book series; author of Rapid Chess Improvement; and co-author of Enterprise Agile Coaching: Sustaining Organizational Change Through Invitational Agile Coaching and Agile Coaching: Wisdom from Practitioners. Michael is an active angel investor with seed investments in unicorns Boom, Rappi, and Relativity Space. He holds a PhD in Artificial Intelligence from MIT. Michael lives in San Francisco.
