Expertised Project Managers Talk
Dne 20. prosince 2023 jsme měli tu čest přivítat pět hostů s bohatými zkušenostmi v oblasti projektového řízení. Tito hosté, zastávající významné pozice v různých odvětvích, nám umožnili nahlédnout do svých profesních kariér a představili různé přístupy ke zvyšování efektivity pracovních procesů. Díky široké škále diskutovaných témat měla událost velký přínos pro široké spektrum zúčastněných.
Organizaci celého programu zajistili studenti Ústavu ekonomiky a managementu VŠCHT Praha, kteří tuto iniciativu uskutečnili jako součást předmětu Project Management. Tímto bychom rádi vyjádřili vděk všem řečníkům, kteří věnovali svůj čas a na akci se podíleli. Našimi hosty byli:
Radek Krejčiřík, s osmi lety zkušeností jako scrum master a třemi lety v roli agil programe manažera v CA Technologies a Broadcom, nyní působí jako vedoucí scrum master pro 4 vývojové týmy v Optimization Solution.
Swathi Javvaji s 16 lety zkušeností v oblasti IT, zastávala různé pozice od vývojářky, až po product owner. Aktuálně působí jako product owner ve společnosti Broadcom, kde implementuje agilní postupy a využívá své bohaté zkušenosti v oblasti DevOps.
Ana Phleshakova, manažerka projektů/programů se sedmi lety praxe v různých technologických společnostech, včetně prestižních jmen jako Red Hat. V současné době přináší své zkušenosti do týmu pracujícího pro Workday.
Kiran K Telukunta, v současné době působí na Ústavu organické chemie a biochemie Akademie věd ČR. Pracoval 12 let ve Freiburgu v Německu v International Solar Energy Society poté, co získal doktorát z farmaceutické bioinformatiky. Působí také jako dobrovolník v několika organizacích.
Anastasiia Zarudna, zkušená projektová manažerka, nyní pracuje na pozici conference production manager ve společnosti Evintel, která se specializuje na firemní konference s B2B schůzkami zahrnující společnosti z Fortune 1000.
Expertised Project Managers Talk
On December 20, 2023, we had the honor of welcoming five guests with rich experience in project management. These guests, holding significant positions in various industries, allowed us to gain insights into their professional careers and presented various approaches to enhancing the efficiency of work processes. Thanks to the wide range of topics discussed, the event had a significant impact on a broad spectrum of participants.
The entire program was organized by students from the School of Business UCT Prague, who executed this initiative as part of the Project Management course. We would like to express our gratitude to all the speakers who dedicated their time and contributed to the event. Our guests included:
Radek Krejčiřík, 8 years experience as a scrum master and 3 years experience as agile program manager in CA Technologies and later in Broadcom.
Currently working as a scrum master for 4 development teams in Optimization Solution
Swathi Javvaji, 16 years of IT experience as a developer, QA Analyst, Business Analyst, DevOps Engineer, SME in Mainframe to Product Owner. Had been a Product Owner in Broadcom with Broadcom for the past two years and has been practicing agile practices in her role.
Ana Phleshakova, a project/program manager had been working in multiple tech companies for 7 years. These multiple small IT companies include Red Hat and currently working in work day.
Kiran K Telukunta, his most notable positions include currently working at the Institute of Organic Chemistry and Biochemistry of the Czech Academy of Sciences. Previously, he worked for 12 years in Freiburg, Germany at the International Solar Energy Society after receiving his PhD in Pharmaceutical Bioinformatics. He also volunteers for several organisations.
Anastasiia Zarudna has extensive experience in project management. She now works at Evintel, a company specializing in high-impact corporate conferences having B2B meetings involving Fortune 1000 companies. Her position is Conference production manager, so event/project management is the main focus of what she does.
