My name is Karina. Currently, I’m studying at UCT Business School 2 year. Recently, I’d participated in course provided by Munich University of Applied Sciences. I would like to thank my university for this opportunity. During the BOOTCAMP I met a lot of new friends from around the world, but the most important is I found different specialists, which helped me in developing my own enterprise. Every day we had new lectures in field of finance, pitching presentation skills, design thinking. The useful part of lectures were life questions from my peers. In my opinion it’s great opportunity to directly ask specialist about your concerns. Furthermore, there were numerous potential ways to enhance yourself in professional area.

I would like to mention about challenges as well. For me it was big step out of my comfort zone because you must collaborate with multinational members. There was intensive work in English, sometimes it can lead to misunderstanding, but it’s exceptional experience how to manage such problems.

Besides the expertise I gained in my area of interest, I also learned new culture and it was awesome too. In our first day the university gave us funny exercises and part of it was to wear traditional clothes and meet people going to Octoberfest. For me, it was an insight, because until this day I’d never heard about Octoberfest. In additional, I would like to say that German students were so friendly and despite of tough studies every day, they organized different trips and parties for foreign students. I fell in love with this camp and highly recommend trying out this course!
